Lochaber is one of the most beautiful areas in Scotland, with much to offer the visitor, whether it is outdoor sporting activities or sightseeing you prefer.  The following is a taster of some of the interesting places to visit during your stay at Inverskilavulin, all within a radius of 20 miles:

If you are interested in outdoor activities, there is ample opportunity for climbing, walking, canoeing and kayaking, fishing, shooting, mountain biking, ski-ing and much more.

Wildlife and Nature
Glenloy, as one of Scotland’s best-known deer forests, has a large population of red deer. Other wildlife at Glenloy includes golden eagle, ptarmigan, red grouse, black grouse, golden plover, roe deer, pine marten, otter, fox, wildcat, heron, swans and black-throated divers along with a wealth of flora. Guided wildlife walks are available throughout the spring and summer allowing you to experience some of these creatures at close quarters. So why not spend a day with one of our resident stalkers, who will be happy to guide you and leave you with a number of experiences and memorable tales to take home with you.
