If you are thinking about booking – just do it! You will not regret it – the pictures only communicate a fraction of the beauty of the surroundings. Just jaw dropping views and the house itself is spacious and clean. Lots of natural beauty to take in both at the house and the local area. Edie made everything very easy and always answered any questions. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Cosy lodge, stunning views and a great location. It felt as though we were in the middle of nowhere but only a short drive into fort william. Plenty of information on local attractions/walks and we even had a complimentary box of shortbread biscuits…very well received after a 6hr drive. Plenty of walking to do in the immediate area and the lodge comfortable enough to spend a lot of time in when the weather is wet. The host was very friendly, greeting us on arrival. It was great to know the host was there if we needed. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing lodge set in an outstandingly beautiful environment. This is the perfect place to explore The Highlands. The lodge was sparkling clean and was exactly how it was described/shown on the listing. The views from the lodge were breathtaking.

Wonderful spot just outside of fort William! Pictures don’t do it justice! House was spacious and had everything we needed for our visit – great location for shops, places to eat etc. and ideal for hiking and mountaineering! Hope we’ll get to stay there again soon 🙂

Lovely house in a stunning, beautiful remote, picturesque location even with its own water supply. Edie and JP were fantastic hosts, Edie helped us organise a taxi and gave us some local tips and welcomed us into their home for a drink on New Year’s Eve. Would recommend to anyone and we would love to visit again soon.
